Resources

I know the technology at USC School of Medicine Greenville has been a topic of conversation before on our blog, but I am continuously amazed at the resources provided for us here. As second year medical students, we are continuing to learn about the techniques of patient examinations, and the simulation center has provided all the tools we need to work on our skills.

Just last week we had the opportunity to learn about doing an eye exam. I am thankful for the opportunity to hone my skills under the watchful eyes of experienced physicians before shining the bright light of the ophthalmoscope into a patient’s eyes.

Thank you to second year medical student Myah Griffin and Medicine & Society physician, Dr. Von Hofe, for allowing me to take their picture while they were working!
